At Jivaraa , we aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange or return an item, and we want to make this process as easy and convenient as possible.

Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the original transaction. Unfortunately, you cannot change the mode of payment for your refund.

For COD orders, refunds will be issued directly to your Bank Account after successful return and quality check.

In case your order is lost or undelivered to your preferred address, you will be entitled to a full refund, including any shipping charges (if applicable and paid online).

7. What Happens to the Shipping/COD Charges If I Return a Delivered Order?

Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable if you decide to return the delivered order.

8. Can I Cancel My Order?

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, Monday to Saturday between 10 AM - 6 PM. However, please note that some orders are processed and shipped immediately, making it difficult to cancel in some cases. To cancel, please send an email to support@jivaraa.com with your cancellation request.

9. How Long Does It Take for a Refund to Be Processed for Debit Card and Credit Card Transactions?
