3. Have its original tags, labels and packaging, where applicable.
4. Be accompanied by the order details or proof of purchase.

Please contact us before sending any product back. Unauthorised returns may delay processing.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

2. Products Not Eligible for Return

Unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise covered by applicable law, returns may not be accepted for:

1. Products that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.
2. Products without their original tags, where the tags are required to establish eligibility.
3. Products returned with missing components or accessories.
4. Products damaged through improper use or care after delivery.

Any product-specific return restrictions will be communicated clearly before purchase, where applicable.

3. Reporting Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, preferably with:

1. Your order number.
2. Clear photographs or a video showing the issue.
3. Photographs of the packaging and shipping label, where available.
4. A short description of the problem.

We will review the details and inform you of the next steps.

The 48-hour reporting request helps us investigate the issue and does not remove any rights you may have under applicable law.

4. How to Request a Return

To request a return:

1. Contact our customer support team using the details in the Contact Us section.
2. Share your order number and the reason for your request.
3. Provide photographs or other information if requested.
4. Wait for return instructions and confirmation from our team.
5. Pack the product securely and follow the instructions provided.

Please do not send products to an address that has not been confirmed by our support team.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued when:

1. An eligible returned product is approved for a refund.
2. An order is cancelled and a refund is due.
3. A shipment is confirmed lost or cannot be delivered and a refund is appropriate.
4. Jivaraa determines that a refund is required under applicable law.

Once an eligible refund is approved, we aim to initiate it within 5–7 business days.

The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer or payment service provider.

Refunds for prepaid orders will generally be processed through the original payment method wherever possible.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, eligible refunds may be processed through a verified bank account or another mutually agreed method.

We may request the information reasonably necessary to verify the order and process the refund securely.

6. Return Shipping Charges

If a return is required because the product is damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise the responsibility of Jivaraa, we will arrange or cover the reasonable return shipping cost, as applicable.

For other return requests, any applicable return shipping charges and eligibility conditions will be communicated before the return is arranged.

No charge will be applied contrary to applicable law or a commitment made at the time of purchase.

7. Exchange Policy

Exchange requests may be considered for eligible products, subject to stock availability.

Customers should contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery and provide the order number, product details and reason for the exchange.

If the requested size, colour or replacement product is unavailable, we will discuss the available alternatives, including a refund where applicable.

Products must meet the relevant return conditions. Defective or incorrect products will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer rights.

8. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before the order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible through the normal cancellation process. Customers should contact our support team for assistance.

If an order is successfully cancelled and payment has already been collected, any eligible refund will be processed according to the Refund Policy.

This section does not affect any cancellation or refund rights required by law.

9. Refunds for Failed or Unsuccessful Orders

If payment has been deducted but the order is not confirmed, please contact us with the relevant transaction details.

If a payment failure or duplicate charge is verified, we will coordinate with the relevant payment provider to resolve the issue.

If an order cannot be fulfilled or delivered, we will communicate the available resolution, including a refund where applicable.
